Domestic Shipping Rates
The shipping for www.alwaysunderpay.com is a $5.95 flat rate price.
We typically ship out of Utah with USPS (up to 10 Days shipping time) depending on your location and weight of order. If you need a quicker shipping service please contact us at info@alwaysunderpay.com. Q: Is it $5.95 shipping to Alaska and Hawaii too? A: Although our website will charge you that, you may incur additional shipping charges. We will call you once your order is pulled and weighed to discuss shipping options with you.
We usually ship orders within 2-5 business days. We will try to meet your deadline as best as we can. If you need a rush order, please send us an email at info@alwaysunderpay.com with RUSH in the subject line. You can now select RUSH at the top of your order when you checkout. This will cost an additional $5, and we will get your order out as soon as possible for you (usually within 24-72 hours). Rush only means that we will get your order out as soon as possible. If you need overnight shipping, that is an additional cost, please email us for a quote. The rush fee is non-refundable under any circumstance. If you need to return a product, the rush fee isn't returnable (this is because it is a fee to get your order out to you immediately, it is a service).

It is fair and craft fair season. I know how busy you all are. We are too! Please allow 5 days for shipment of your order at this time. As always, we try to ship out immediately, but occassionally, an order will be held up for that timeframe.
We are a wholesale company. We do have a no return policy. Items that are returned or refused are charged a 15% restocking fee. We will glady replace a damaged item up return to us. Please contact us should you receive a damaged item.

We are shipping international orders Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. If you need it sent first class, please not that you will have to sign a release form since there is no tracking information with this international service. Please email customerservice@alwaysunderpay.com regarding first class international shipments.
